Jolt

This is the made-up Titan for the made-up team I am working on with and for the club contest. I didn't know what category to put this in, it's sort of fanart in a way, right?

Name: Jolt
Alias: Joanna Joltaine
Age: 14
Powers: Can control and produce electricity, create minor lightning storms, and become an electric current.
Origin: Joanna Joltaine was the daughter of Richard and Margaret Joltaine, who were the owners of Joltaine Science Industries. Joanna was an extremely bright girl, particularly in the areas of math and science and would often come over to visit the labs at JSI after school. Sometimes, the scientists working there would let her perform experiments in the lab with them. One day, Joanna and another scientist, Dr. Warner, concocted a strange blue liquid that did not have the properties of any known substance on earth. Excited, Joanna and Dr. Warner raced to show their fond the Joltaines, who were working on creating an indoor thunderstorm. When Joanna and Dr. Warner reached her parents lab, they were horrified to find that the raging thunderstorm had gone out of control, and both of the Joltaines were dead. Dr. Warner and Joanna tried to shut off the machine, and Dr. Warner was killed in the process. Joanna found that the strange blue liquid absorbed the lightning strikes and, using a beaker full of the liquid as a sheild, was able to shut off the machine, but not before a particularly huge bolt of lightning shattered the beaker, spilling its contents all over Joanna. Somehow, the liquid absorbed into her blood stream and when Joanna regained conciousness, she found that she could produce blue tinted bolts of lightning and even become electricity. She kept this a secret from everyone, including her Aunt Moira, who became her gaurdian after her parents died. Eventually, Joanna ran away and decided to fight crime the rest of her life. She decided to call herself "Jolt", even though she was known around town as "Blue Lightning".
